Sometimes the weather, day, your outfit and all things around you just fall together so easily that you just take advantage of it all; like the frighteningly mild winter we've been experiencing here in Toronto. The other day it felt like almost spring time so I decided to go a little ladylike to the office.

More often than naught I wear heels the whole day, no alternatives or flats tucked away somewhere, I pound pavement like a construction worker.

Like, how boring are black flats right? Well instead of basic black, opt for ones with some embellishments; maybe black satin, if you need basic black or try something with jewels, beads, print, or shiny patent black (which always catches my eye and I covet).

It's nice to dress up flats however, and done properly, you can look very polished, fashionable and put together.
